Question: problems with camellias and peonies

good evening I am passionate about plants I have a problem with two camellia plants in the summer some leaves have become brownish as if burned, now a camellia in particular has the leaves as if burned in the tips anke the new ones why? what can I do. I also have a peony plant more than 5 years old as soon as it dries out buds why? thanks I await an answer

the problem for the two plants could be the same, and I'm just making some assumptions, not seeing the plants:

- too much watering, and a soil constantly saturated with water.

- need for a greening agent, caused by insufficiently acidic soil, or by very calcareous waterings.

- excess / lack of fertilizations, which often manifest themselves in a similar way, at least at the beginning.
